Our Story

Dark chocolate is the flavor I live for. No other flavor is as earthy and sensual. This is why it's the primary ingredient in our luscious macaroons. And the addition of new fruit and nut flavors combines so perfectly with the richness of the dark chocolate.

Lily Bloom's Kitchen was started in August of 2009 to honor the memory of my Mother, Lilyan Bloom Shiller, who passed away last year at age 98. I have such fond memories of my Mother's kitchen with the wonderful foods she would make while I sat at the counter doing my homework. Mom was always known for special chocolate desserts. We were raised to be serious chocoholics. There were so many wonderful things she cooked for our family. However, one of my favorites were her chocolate macaroons. She handed down the recipe to me many years ago when I moved away from home. Over the years since, I have nurtured and enhanced her wonderful recipe with new variations. So today, Lily Bloom's Kitchen is pleased to offer her special chocolate macaroons in a variety of flavors for all to enjoy as much as her family and friends have for many years.
